Extra wide guide ways are inductive hardened and ground.
Heavy headstock features high rigidity and constant temperature

Headstock with Camlock spindle and triple precision bearings ensures
superior concentricity.
All gears are hardened and precision ground to ensure vibration-free,
quiet operation across the entire speed range.
User-friendly joystick levers with rapid feed button directly at the
support for linear and planar feed.
Overload protection inside the support can be adjusted by the
operator as needed.
The feed gearbox is easy to shift and provides a large selection of
fine incremented feeds and thread leads.
Support-mounted taper turning unit with a swivel range of ±10° and
a 12' long travel.
Tailstock moves easily and clamps securely and reliably via a
double-lock mechanism.

Standard (12) months new machine warranty, one shift operation (2,000 hrs.)
Machines below $30,000, covers parts only.
Machines above $30,000, covers parts and labor. Machines above
$60,000, covers parts, labor, and domestic travel, except for special offers.
The customer is responsible for any freight and all other associated costs not
covered by warranty.
Warranty commences upon delivery of machine.
Consumables and operator misuse are excluded.
Any damage to machine as a result from incorrect setup,
misuse, negligence, poor maintenance, or other circumstances
beyond our control is not covered under warranty.
